This is a highly customized service and I keep in mind your budget, lifestyle, and location when designing your routine for you! This consultation is a video call conducted over Zoom where I chat with you to understand your needs and challenges and recommend what you need. - All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, directly 1:1 with Ankita. - All sessions are recorded and the recording is shared with you. - The routine/recommendations are shared with you in the form of a document within 24 hours after the consultation. - Please note this is only a consultation, not a CLASS.
